A fully automatic shrink wrapping line designed to bundle and wrap products and containers using heavy-duty polyethylene rolls (PE Shrink Film). As a heat shrink packaging machine, it suits production lines that require automatic product grouping and wrapping. The line operates as an integrated system, starting with product arrangement and grouping, followed by film wrapping, cutting, and heat sealing. The packages then enter the heat shrink tunnel for strong, uniform shrinkage that protects the products and makes them easier to transport and store.

• Pneumatic Sealer:
  Equipped with an air-powered cutting and sealing blade for precise cutting and sealing of thick polyethylene film, producing a clean, strong seal.
• Automatic Product Grouping System:
  Includes a pusher conveyor that automatically arranges products in patterns such as 3×2 or 4×3, or according to the production line’s requirements.
• Double Shrink Tunnel:
  Equipped with high-power heaters and hot-air circulation fans to distribute heat evenly around the packages. This shrinks the film tightly and combines the containers into a single unit that is easy to carry.
• Fast Cooling System:
  Cooling fans at the tunnel outlet stabilize the wrap and strengthen the film’s hold as soon as the products exit.
• Integrated Control Panel:
  Allows precise adjustment of the sealing temperature, tunnel temperature, and conveyor speed to suit different product sizes and film types.
